Hiring Certified Rigger & Scaffolding Helper in Kuwait

A specialized industrial engineering and heavy lifting contractor in Ahmadi, Kuwait, is recruiting certified Riggers and Scaffolding Helpers for ongoing refinery and petrochemical site contracts.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect lifting gears, slings, shackles, chain blocks, and spreader bars prior to heavy lifting operations.
• Signal crane operators using standard hand and radio signals during complex equipment lifts.
• Assist in erecting and dismantling industrial scaffolding structures in compliance with safety standards.
• Secure heavy industrial equipment safely during loading, unloading, and site staging.
• Strictly observe refinery safety procedures, hold valid PTW clearances, and use full fall protection equipment.

Requirements

• Valid Third-Party Rigger Certification (Level 1, 2, or 3).
• Minimum 2 years of proven industrial lifting or scaffolding experience in Kuwait / GCC.
• Basic English speaking and reading ability for safety briefings.
• Transferable Kuwait residency; available for immediate site mobilization.
