Urgent Hiring – Chef / Cook Required
A restaurant in Mahbula, Kuwait is urgently looking for 3 experienced Chefs/Cooks with good knowledge of both North Indian and Arabic cuisine.
Candidates currently in Kuwait who are available for local transfer and immediate joining are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of North Indian and Arabic dishes.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation of food.
- Prepare ingredients and organize the kitchen before service.
- Follow standard recipes and portion requirements.
- Ensure proper food hygiene and kitchen safety practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Monitor food quality and freshness.
- Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff during busy service hours.
- Follow instructions from the restaurant management.
- Proven experience as a Chef / Cook.
- Strong practical knowledge of North Indian cuisine.
- Experience preparing Arabic cuisine is required.
- Previous restaurant or catering experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a busy kitchen environment.
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety.
- Hardworking, reliable, and responsible.
- Currently in Kuwait with local transfer eligibility.
- Immediate joining required.
- Salary: Negotiable based on experience and skills.
