We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a company operating in the Real Estate and Oil & Gas Services sectors in Kuwait.

This strategic leadership role requires an experienced executive capable of driving business growth, operational excellence, financial performance, and long-term organizational success.

Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Location: Kuwait

• Develop and implement the company's strategic vision, goals, and business objectives.
• Lead overall business operations to ensure profitability, efficiency, and sustainable growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across real estate and oil & gas services sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, business partners, and key stakeholders.
• Drive revenue growth and strengthen market positioning.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Ensure strong corporate governance and operational compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop management teams to achieve organizational objectives.
• Evaluate market trends and develop strategies to enhance competitiveness.
• Monitor business performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Proven executive leadership experience as a CEO, Managing Director, General Manager, or Senior Executive.
• Experience within Real Estate, Oil & Gas Services, Construction, Engineering, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong strategic planning and business development capabilities.
• Excellent commercial, financial, and operational management expertise.
• Demonstrated success in business growth and revenue generation.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of Kuwait's business environment and regional market dynamics.
