Job Vacancy: Chocolate Arranger & Sales Lady

Butterfly Chocolate Co is looking for a creative and customer-focused Chocolate Arranger & Sales Lady to join its team in Kuwait.

The ideal candidate should have experience in chocolate arrangement, sales, customer service, printing, and basic graphic design. This role is suitable for someone with a strong eye for colors and presentation who can understand customer requirements and prepare attractive chocolate orders.

• Arrange and prepare chocolate trays and gift arrangements according to customer requirements.
• Advise customers on suitable chocolates, quantities, colors, combinations, and presentation styles.
• Provide suggestive selling and recommend suitable products based on customer preferences.
• Operate printing machines used for chocolates, macarons, names, alphabets, and customized orders.
• Create and adjust basic designs for chocolate and product printing using computer software.
• Confirm customer names, designs, colors, quantities, and other order details before production.
• Coordinate with customers and event planners regarding customized orders.
• Ensure all orders are prepared accurately and according to customer specifications.
• Check the quality, appearance, and presentation of finished chocolate arrangements.
• Ensure customer orders are completed and ready on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive work area.
• Support sales and general shop activities when required.

• 1–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Previous experience in chocolate arrangement, sweets, retail sales, or customer service.
• Good knowledge of computers and basic printing/designing software.
• Experience operating printing machines is an advantage.
• Creative personality with a strong eye for colors, design, and presentation.
• Good customer-handling and communication skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable recommendations.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Arabic language is mandatory.
• Diploma qualification required/preferred as specified in the vacancy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail and customized-order environment.

• Salary: KWD 180–350 per month.
