Job Vacancy: Project Manager & Site Engineer – Sabhan, Kuwait

Al Khateeb Industries, located in Sabhan, Kuwait, is looking for experienced and well-qualified professionals to join its team in the following positions:

• Project Manager
• Site Engineer

Candidates with strong experience in furniture works, interior fit-out, joinery, project coordination, and site management are highly preferred.

• Plan, coordinate, and manage furniture, fit-out, and joinery projects.
• Oversee projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Manage site teams and ensure work is progressing according to project requirements.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules and work plans.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and site resources.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are achieved.
• Review technical drawings and coordinate their implementation at site.
• Identify project issues and coordinate solutions with the relevant teams.
• Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Follow up on project requirements, variations, and site instructions.
• Maintain effective communication between office, production, and site teams.

• Supervise daily site activities for furniture and interior fit-out projects.
• Coordinate installation and execution of joinery and furniture works.
