A premier facility management and commercial janitorial services provider in Fahaheel, Kuwait, is recruiting active Cleaning Supervisors and cleaning personnel for commercial and residential facilities.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise janitorial crews and inspect floor cleanliness across commercial centers, offices, and facilities.
• Operate floor scrubbing machines, high-pressure washers, and commercial vacuum equipment safely.
• Disinfect restrooms, wipe down office glass surfaces, and handle trash disposal on scheduled rotations.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning chemical solutions, mops, and sanitizers, requesting replenishment as needed.
• Enforce health and safety standards among cleaning crews throughout every shift.

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities housekeeping services.
• Supervisors must have prior experience managing cleaning teams of 10+ workers.
• Transferable residency (Article 18, Government, or eligible transfer visa).
• Physical stamina and dedication to spotless hygiene.
