A reputable digital printing, promotional merchandise, and embroidery company in Kuwait is urgently seeking a skilled, dedicated, and competent Embroidery Machine Operator to join its production facility in Hawally, Kuwait.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate computerized multi-head industrial embroidery machines to produce custom logos, uniforms, and apparel.
• Load embroidery digital design files, set thread color schemes, adjust stitch tensions, and verify hoop placement.
• Prepare and hoop garments, caps, bags, and textile fabrics with precision backing stabilizers.
• Monitor active stitching runs carefully to detect thread breaks, tension issues, or needle defects immediately.
• Perform trimming, steaming, quality inspection, and packaging of completed embroidered merchandise.
• Perform routine maintenance, oiling, needle changes, and cleaning of embroidery equipment.
• Ensure production orders are completed within scheduled client delivery deadlines.

Requirements

• 2-5 Years of verified hands-on experience operating multi-head computerized embroidery machinery.
• Familiarity with Tajima, Barudan, or similar commercial embroidery equipment.
• Strong eye for detail, accurate color matching, and garment positioning.
• Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18).
• Hardworking attitude, reliability, and capability to work in busy production shifts.
• Immediate availability to commence employment.
