A trendy specialty coffee roastery and upscale artisan cafe in Hawally, Kuwait is recruiting cheerful and skilled female Baristas & Dining Waitresses.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate commercial espresso machines, dial in coffee grinders, steam milk, and pour creative latte art.
• Prepare signature cold brews, iced drinks, specialty teas, and artisanal baked item presentations.
• Welcome cafe patrons warmly, present beverage menus, and recommend single-origin coffee selections.
• Take customer orders via point-of-sale touchscreens and process K-Net electronic payments smoothly.
• Ensure immaculate cleanliness across the espresso bar, grinder hoppers, syrup stations, and guest seating areas.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene in full accordance with Kuwait public health regulations.

Requirements

• Female candidates; Filipino and Nepali applicants preferred as per hospitality team composition.
• Prior service experience in specialty coffee houses, cafes, or casual dining concepts.
• Valid Kuwait Baladiya Food Handling Health Certificate (or immediate readiness to obtain).
• 10 daily working hours with 1 day off weekly.
• Valid Kuwait transferable visa (Article 18 or 22).
