• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and requests.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant qualification.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in the medical or dental field is an advantage.
• Fluent Arabic speaker.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Transferable residency.
• Must currently be residing in Kuwait.
• Candidates available to join at the earliest possible date will be preferred.
