Hiring Corporate Accountant in Kuwait

A diversified commercial trading and contracting firm in Al Rai, Kuwait, is recruiting an experienced, highly qualified Accountant to manage general ledger accounting, invoicing, and monthly financial reporting.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring accurate vendor and client ledger postings.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations, supplier statement verifications, and customer payment follow-ups.
• Generate monthly profit-and-loss schedules, trial balances, and cash flow forecasts for management review.
• Process payroll entries, employee end-of-service benefits, and petty cash disbursements.
• Maintain audit-ready accounting files and verify tax / regulatory compliance under Kuwait commercial laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce with 4+ years of hands-on corporate accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency in ERP accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel functions.
• Possession of a valid Kuwait driving license is preferred.
• Transferable Kuwait residency and readiness for immediate joining.
