Hiring Corporate Finance Manager in Kuwait

A prominent commercial holding group based in Kuwait City is hiring an accomplished Finance Manager to direct corporate financial strategy, treasury management, and financial control.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Direct corporate financial operations including general ledger accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Formulate accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements compliant with IFRS standards.
• Manage working capital, corporate cash flows, treasury disbursements, and bank credit facilities.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and legal advisors for statutory compliance and annual audits.
• Provide executive leadership with in-depth financial analyses, variance reports, and strategic investment guidance.

Requirements

• Professional financial certification (CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA) or Master's in Finance / MBA.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive financial management experience, including proven tenure in Kuwait / GCC.
• Advanced expertise in enterprise ERP financial modules and financial modeling.
• Transferable Kuwait residency with high corporate integrity.
