A reputed company operating in the Shipping & Logistics Industry in Kuwait is looking for an experienced Customs Clearance Supervisor to join its operations team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures, shipment documentation, and Kuwait customs regulations, along with the ability to supervise daily clearance activities and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

• Supervise daily customs clearance operations and shipment documentation processes.
• Coordinate with customs authorities, clients, freight partners, and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with Kuwait customs regulations, procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Monitor shipment clearance progress and ensure timely processing.
• Resolve operational issues related to customs clearance and shipment delays.
• Supervise customs clearance staff and monitor team performance.
• Maintain accurate records and customs-related documentation.
• Ensure smooth communication between customers, customs officials, and internal operations teams.
• Support import and export clearance activities as required.

• Proven experience in customs clearance operations in Kuwait.
• Strong knowledge of customs procedures, regulations, and documentation requirements.
• Experience within shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous team supervision or leadership experience is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
