Hiring Warehouse Operations Associate in Kuwait

Boutiqaat, a leading luxury e-commerce platform in the Middle East, is hiring dedicated Warehouse Operators for its central fulfillment center in Sulabiya, Kuwait, for immediate onboarding.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Pick, sort, and assemble customer orders accurately using handheld barcode RF scanners.
• Inspect arriving cosmetic and fashion inventory against shipping manifests and invoices.
• Package outgoing e-commerce shipments securely following company packaging standards.
• Assist in stock replenishment, cycle counting, and bin location organization.
• Maintain warehouse hygiene, cleanliness, and safety across fulfillment aisles.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on warehouse, inventory, or fulfillment center experience in Kuwait.
• Basic computer and handheld scanner literacy.
• Physically energetic with ability to handle standing shifts and inventory movements.
• Valid Kuwait residency with transferable status.
• Available to join immediately.
