Hiring Warehouse Incharge in Kuwait

A premier FMCG food and consumer goods distribution corporation in Kuwait City, Kuwait is recruiting a proactive and disciplined Warehouse Incharge.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations including stock receipt, storage optimization, order picking, and vehicle dispatching.
• Supervise warehouse personnel, assigning daily picking tasks and enforcing strict inventory handling procedures.
• Manage ERP inventory records, perform weekly cycle counts, and reconcile physical stock with digital system records.
• Coordinate FMCG fleet loading schedules to guarantee on-time retail deliveries across Kuwait governorates.
• Implement FIFO rotation protocols to eliminate stock obsolescence and ensure perishable product freshness.
• Maintain high standards of warehouse safety, equipment maintenance, and facility housekeeping.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a warehouse incharge or supervisor in FMCG or food distribution operations.
• Thorough expertise in stock control, warehouse layout management, and delivery logistics.
• Working hours: 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM; strong team leadership and communication skills.
• Valid Kuwait transferable residency (Article 18).
