A high-volume dining restaurant and catering brand in Qurain, Kuwait, is hiring an Executive Head Chef and skilled Cooks specializing in Indian and Arabic cuisines.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen line operations, food preparation, and plating for authentic Arabic grills and Indian specialties.
• Supervise recipe standardization, food portioning, and culinary presentation across all service stations.
• Manage ingredient inventory, food cost controls, and minimize raw material kitchen wastage.
• Enforce rigorous kitchen hygiene, Kuwait municipality food safety standards, and equipment maintenance.

Requirements

• Demonstrated background as a Head Chef or senior Cook in Indian and Arabic restaurants.
• Active Kuwait Municipality Food Handling Health Card.
• Transferable residency (Article 18); available for immediate joining.
