A premier luxury fine dining restaurant hospitality group in Kuwait is urgently seeking qualified, diligent, and competent Fine Dining Waiters, Captains & Assistant Chefs to join its team in Kuwait.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute refined culinary preparations, knife work, and station mise en place per executive chef directives.
• Provide attentive table service, menu presentation, and course sequencing adhering to international fine dining standards.
• Maintain kitchen preparation bays and dining spaces spotlessly sanitized in compliance with municipality health codes.
• Coordinate smoothly with dining room captains, sommeliers, and kitchen expeditors during peak dining shifts.
• Ensure guests receive an exceptional dining experience by providing personalized attention to dietary preferences.
• Handle banquet setup, fine tableware polishing, and table arrangements with precision.
• Adhere strictly to Kuwait municipality food safety standards and corporate hospitality guidelines.

Requirements

• 1-3 Years of verified fine dining or upscale hotel restaurant experience.
• Transferable residency with Visa 18 Ahli strictly required.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic and Hindi are advantageous.
• High standard of personal grooming, professional etiquette, and passion for culinary excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to perform duties independently and in team environments.
• Immediate availability to commence employment is highly preferred.
