A leading digital food delivery and on-demand logistics platform in Kuwait is urgently seeking qualified, diligent, and competent Delivery Riders (Car & Bike) to join its team in Sharq, Kuwait.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Pick up freshly prepared food and retail orders from partner restaurants and merchants promptly upon dispatch.
• Navigate designated delivery sectors using smartphone application maps to deliver orders within target delivery times.
• Verify order receipts, packaging integrity, and customer items before leaving merchant locations.
• Maintain polite, professional, and positive customer service during deliveries and hand-overs.
• Operate personal or company delivery vehicle safely, observing all road safety guidelines and traffic signals.
• Report any app technical errors, customer location discrepancies, or delivery challenges to live operations support.
• Adhere strictly to Kuwait Ministry of Interior traffic laws and food delivery safety protocols.

Requirements

• Valid Kuwait Motorcycle or Light Vehicle Driving License is strictly mandatory.
• 1-3 Years of commercial food delivery or dispatch driving experience in Kuwait.
• Smartphone with active high-speed mobile internet for order dispatch software navigation.
• Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18).
• Strong sense of punctuality, geographical knowledge of Kuwait areas, and work dedication.
• Immediate availability to commence employment is highly preferred.
