Hiring Industrial Cost Accountant in Kuwait

A leading food manufacturing and industrial consumer goods corporation located in Sharq, Kuwait is seeking a highly skilled Cost Accountant.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Calculate accurate standard costs for food production recipes, raw ingredient yields, and packaging materials.
• Analyze manufacturing cost variances between standard cost estimates and actual production expenses.
• Track scrap rates, production line wastage, labor overheads, and machine operating costs.
• Perform periodic physical inventory stock counts of raw goods and finished inventory in factory warehouses.
• Assist plant management in setting product pricing, assessing gross margins, and evaluating profitability.
• Prepare detailed monthly cost accounting management reports using specialized ERP accounting modules.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or professional certification (ICMA/CMA/CA Inter).
• Minimum 3 years of cost accounting experience specifically in food processing or manufacturing factories.
• Candidates with Indian nationality are requested for this cost accounting role.
• Expertise in ERP manufacturing systems and advanced financial Excel modeling.
• Valid Kuwait transferable residency (Article 18).
