Graduate / Assistant HSE Trainer Required – Fahaheel
BritishWings Associates is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate / Assistant HSE Trainer to join its growing training team in Kuwait.
This is a good opportunity for fresh graduates and candidates starting their HSE careers who are interested in developing their skills and building a career in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) training.
Job Responsibilities- Assist in conducting HSE training programs and practical sessions.
- Support senior trainers during classroom and site-based training.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and course documentation.
- Assist with training activities and practical demonstrations.
- Help organize examinations, assessments, and certification processes.
- Support trainees during training sessions and answer basic HSE-related questions.
- Maintain training records and required documentation.
- Ensure training activities follow relevant HSE standards and safe work practices.
- Assist the training team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required.
- Occupational Health & Safety qualification such as NEBOSH / OSHA is required.
- HSE Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related educational background is preferred.
- Good knowledge of HSE standards and safe work practices.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills are mandatory.
- Good confidence in delivering presentations and interacting with trainees.
- Previous HSE or training experience will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates with the required qualifications are encouraged to apply.
