Hiring HR Professional | Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced HR Professional to join a leading healthcare organization in Kuwait.

This role is ideal for HR specialists with a strong background in healthcare, hospital, or clinic operations who can independently manage HR functions while ensuring compliance with Kuwait labor regulations and organizational policies.

Location: Kuwait

Previous Healthcare HR Experience in Kuwait is Mandatory

• Manage recruitment activities, interviews, candidate selection, onboarding, and orientation.
• Maintain employee records, personnel files, attendance, and leave management systems.
• Coordinate payroll processing and employee relations activities.
• Handle residency, work permit, licensing, and regulatory documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Kuwait labor laws and HR procedures.
• Support employee engagement and HR administration activities.
• Maintain HR reports, records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with management and department heads on workforce requirements.

• Strong HR experience within clinics, hospitals, or healthcare facilities in Kuwait.
• Good knowledge of Kuwait labor law and HR procedures.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of payroll coordination, attendance, and leave administration.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage HR operations independently.
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
