A leading private medical hospital in Kuwait is hiring a qualified and disciplined female Housekeeping Supervisor to manage sanitation, ward cleanliness, and room attendant teams.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Direct and inspect the daily activities of Room Attendants and Floor Helpers across inpatient wards and public clinics.
• Ensure highest standards of hospital hygiene, terminal cleaning, and biohazard sanitation compliance.
• Manage cleaning chemical supplies, linen distribution, and housekeeping machinery maintenance.
• Conduct routine cleanliness audits using computerized hospital rooms management systems.
• Train housekeeping staff on hospital infection control policies, patient dignity, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Healthcare Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory housekeeping experience managing 15+ staff in a hotel or hospital.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; proficient with MS Word, Excel, and rooms management software.
• Transferable Kuwait Residency (Article 18); available for immediate joining.
