Hiring Human Resources Generalist in Kuwait

A major automotive leasing and car rental enterprise in Kuwait employing over 700 personnel is hiring an experienced HR Generalist to direct employee relations, Odoo HRMS operations, and corporate personnel administration.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Administer end-to-end human resource operations for a large workforce using Odoo ERP HR modules.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processing, attendance validations, and online banking salary file submissions.
• Supervise government relations Mandoob (PRO) teams for residency renewals, work permits, and civil ID issuances.
• Handle employee relations, grievance counseling, disciplinary documentation, and leave management.
• Ensure full statutory alignment with Kuwait Labor Law in the private sector (Law No. 6 of 2010).

Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 years HR generalist experience managing large headcount (500+ employees), preferably in automotive or services.
• Mandatory hands-on proficiency in Odoo ERP Human Resources software.
• Solid expertise in Kuwait Labor Law, employee relations, and payroll administration.
• Professional bilingual capability in English and conversational Arabic; transferable Article 18 visa.
