Urgent Hiring – HSE Officers Required in Kuwait
A company in Ahmadi, Kuwait is looking for experienced HSE Officers to join their team. Candidates with strong HSE experience and a transferable Article 18 visa are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities- Monitor daily health, safety, and environmental activities at project sites.
- Ensure employees and contractors follow company HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Recommend and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness sessions.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and other safety equipment.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and prepare reports.
- Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, and safety documentation.
- Assist in risk assessments and ensure control measures are implemented.
- Monitor compliance with applicable safety standards and site requirements.
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, workers, and management regarding safety matters.
- Promote a strong safety culture across the workplace.
- 7–10 years of relevant HSE experience.
- Previous experience as an HSE Officer / Safety Officer preferred.
- Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
- Ability to conduct site inspections and identify hazards.
- Good knowledge of risk assessment and safety documentation.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Transferable Article 18 visa is required.
- Must be available for immediate joining.
- Responsible, disciplined, and safety-focused approach.
