Urgent Hiring – HSE Officer Required in Kuwait
A major greenfield construction project in Kuwait is urgently looking for an experienced HSE Officer. Candidates currently residing in Kuwait who meet all mandatory requirements and can join immediately are encouraged to apply.
Mandatory Requirements- Minimum 4–5 years of HSE experience in construction or project environments.
- NEBOSH IGC or an equivalent recognized HSE qualification is mandatory.
- Must be currently residing in Kuwait.
- Transferable residency required.
- Must be available for immediate joining.
- No notice period.
- Good spoken and written English communication skills.
- Must be able to attend and successfully clear the client HSE interview/assessment.
- Previous experience in Oil & Gas or EPC projects is preferred.
- Greenfield construction project experience is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Permit to Work (PTW) systems.
- Strong understanding of risk assessment and hazard identification.
- Knowledge of excavation safety requirements.
- Experience with lifting operations and lifting safety.
- Knowledge of other high-risk construction activities.
- Ability to implement and monitor HSE procedures at project sites.
- Strong safety awareness and communication skills.
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify unsafe conditions.
- Ensure workers follow approved safety procedures and project requirements.
- Support risk assessments and implementation of control measures.
- Monitor PTW activities and high-risk work.
- Promote safe working practices among workers and subcontractors.
- Report incidents, hazards, and safety observations.
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve safety issues.
- Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation.
- Support toolbox talks, safety meetings, and awareness programs.
- Ensure compliance with client and project HSE standards.
