Urgent Hiring – HVAC Duct Workers & Helpers Required
An employer in Farwaniya, Kuwait is urgently hiring experienced workers for HVAC duct-related work.
Available Positions- HVAC Duct Moulviam – 2 Vacancies
- Aadal Moulviam – 2 Vacancies
- HVAC Helpers – 2 Vacancies
- Install and assemble HVAC ductwork according to site requirements.
- Handle duct installation, fitting, alignment, and positioning.
- Read and follow basic HVAC duct drawings and measurements.
- Use appropriate hand tools and installation equipment.
- Ensure duct sections are properly connected and secured.
- Support HVAC installation teams during project work.
- Maintain proper safety procedures at the worksite.
- Complete assigned duct installation tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Previous experience in HVAC duct installation is preferred.
- Practical knowledge of duct fabrication and installation work.
- Ability to use common HVAC and construction hand tools.
- Physically fit and able to work at construction/project sites.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Responsible, hardworking, and punctual.
- Perform assigned HVAC and duct-related installation work.
- Assist with duct fitting, assembly, and site installation.
- Follow measurements and instructions provided by supervisors.
- Use hand tools safely and correctly.
- Support the HVAC team in completing daily installation work.
- Maintain workplace safety and proper housekeeping.
- Relevant experience in HVAC, duct, or construction work preferred.
- Good practical knowledge of installation activities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment.

- Assist HVAC duct workers with daily installation activities.
- Carry and arrange duct materials and tools.
- Help with duct fitting, positioning, and installation.
- Prepare tools and materials for technicians and workers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the worksite.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and senior workers.
- Follow all required safety procedures.
- Previous HVAC or construction experience is an advantage.
- Willingness to perform physical and site-based work.
- Ability to assist skilled workers effectively.
