Hiring HVAC Site Foreman & Installation Supervisor in Kuwait

A major MEP contracting firm in Kuwait is recruiting an experienced HVAC Professional Foreman / Supervisor to oversee large-scale commercial ductwork, chiller piping, and VRF system installations.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise on-site HVAC duct fabricators, pipe fitters, and technicians across commercial project sites.
• Coordinate installation of air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), chillers, and ductwork according to MEP drawings.
• Verify installation compliance with project specifications, SMACNA duct standards, and local Kuwait codes.
• Liaise with MEP project engineers, main contractors, and consultants during site inspections and testing.
• Oversee air balancing, pressure testing, leak testing, and system commissioning.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of specialized HVAC contracting experience within Kuwait.
• Deep technical knowledge of ductwork fabrication, chilled water piping, VRF systems, and equipment rigging.
• Kuwait driving license with own car is highly preferred.
• Transferable residency (Article 18); currently residing in Kuwait.
