Hiring – Inventory Management Executive Required
Karyan Group is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Management Executive to manage and control inventory operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience with ERP systems and Advanced Microsoft Excel, along with a good understanding of stock control, inventory tracking, reporting, and stock movement.
Job Responsibilities- Manage daily inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing stock movements.
- Track inventory levels and identify shortages or excess stock.
- Maintain accurate inventory data within the ERP system.
- Prepare regular inventory and stock reports using Advanced Excel.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Monitor stock movements and update records promptly.
- Analyze inventory data to identify discrepancies and trends.
- Support stock control and inventory planning activities.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date inventory documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse and relevant departments regarding stock requirements.
- Ensure inventory records remain accurate and reliable.
- Previous experience in Inventory Management is required.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in stock control and inventory tracking.
- Ability to prepare and analyze inventory reports.
- Good understanding of stock movements and inventory records.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage inventory responsibilities effectively.
- Previous inventory or warehouse-related experience is preferred.
