Urgent Hiring – Data Entry & Inventory Assistant
An electrical and industrial spare parts shop in Shuwaikh is looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Data Entry & Inventory Assistant who can join immediately.
The role involves supporting inventory management, data entry, spare parts handling, and shop operations. Candidates with knowledge of electrical, electronic, industrial, or automation-related spare parts will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities- Enter and update inventory and spare parts information accurately.
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Organize and monitor spare parts inventory.
- Assist with stock checking and physical inventory counts.
- Maintain accurate product and stock records.
- Help identify and organize electrical and industrial components.
- Support daily shop and warehouse activities.
- Coordinate with the team regarding stock availability and requirements.
- Ensure inventory data is updated and properly maintained.
- Assist with general data entry and administrative tasks as required.
The shop deals with various industrial machinery, electrical, electronic, and automation-related products, including:
- Contactors
- Limit switches
- Speed controllers
- Regulators
- Pneumatic products
- Valves
- Pipes and related materials
- Printing machine materials
- Carbon products
- Control panels
- Control panel spare parts
- Electrical and electronic components
- Industrial automation parts
- Machinery troubleshooting-related components
- Previous experience in data entry, inventory, spare parts, or shop/warehouse work is an advantage.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain organized inventory records.
- Knowledge of electrical, electronic, industrial, or automation spare parts is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible, hardworking, and reliable.
- Immediate joining required/preferred.
- Candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait.
