Job Vacancy: IT Support Technician

A company in Ahmadi, Kuwait is looking for an experienced IT Support Technician with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in desktop support and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of Windows and Mac systems, hardware and software troubleshooting, printer and network configuration, user support, system maintenance, ticketing systems, and remote support tools.

• Provide day-to-day desktop and laptop technical support to users.
• Troubleshoot Windows and Mac computers and laptops.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers and IT equipment.
• Provide technical support for users and resolve support requests efficiently.
• Configure and troubleshoot printers and network-related devices.
• Perform routine system maintenance and technical checks.
• Configure email accounts and resolve basic email-related issues.
• Provide basic Active Directory support and user administration.
• Troubleshoot basic network connectivity and configuration problems.
• Manage and update IT support tickets.
• Use remote support tools to assist users when required.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team.
• Handle multiple IT support requests while maintaining service quality.
• Maintain proper records of IT issues, solutions, and support activities.
• Follow company IT policies, procedures, and security practices.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on IT experience required.
• Strong experience in desktop and laptop support.
• Windows troubleshooting experience is required.
• Mac support experience is preferred.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Experience supporting printers and network configurations.
• Knowledge of system maintenance and IT troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems.
• Experience using remote support tools.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory.
• Basic knowledge of email configuration.
• Understanding of fundamental networking concepts.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple support requests and prioritize tasks.
