Urgent Hiring – IT Support Technician Required
A company in Al Rai, Kuwait is looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to provide on-field IT support and technical assistance.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of IT experience, a valid Kuwait driving license, and their own car for traveling to customer or company locations.
Job Responsibilities- Provide on-site and field-based IT technical support.
- Visit customer or company locations to troubleshoot IT issues.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers and IT equipment.
- Assist users with technical issues and provide timely solutions.
- Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity problems.
- Support printers, peripherals, and other IT devices.
- Perform routine maintenance and technical checks.
- Document technical issues and completed service work when required.
- Coordinate with the relevant team to resolve complex technical problems.
- Maintain professional communication with customers and end users.
- Travel to different locations as required for field support.
- Minimum 2 years of IT experience required.
- Previous experience in IT support or technical support is preferred.
- Valid Kuwait driving license is mandatory.
- Own car is mandatory.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in field locations.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to travel to different work locations when required.
