Sales Executive – Stainless Steel & Kitchen Factory, Kuwait

A leading Stainless Steel Commercial Kitchen and Residential Kitchen Factory in Al Rai, Kuwait is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join its team.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the Kuwait sales market, excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, and a valid Kuwait Driving License. Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

• Promote and sell stainless steel commercial kitchen and residential kitchen products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate potential leads.
• Visit customers, contractors, companies, and project sites when required.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable kitchen solutions.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales inquiries.
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms with customers.
• Follow up with clients from initial inquiry through order confirmation and delivery.
• Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
• Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, quotations, and sales activities.

• 3–4 years of sales experience in the Kuwait market is required.
• Experience in commercial kitchens, stainless steel products, residential kitchens, fabrication, or related industries is an advantage.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
• Valid Kuwait Driving License is mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Confident and presentable personality.
• Ability to develop new customers and maintain existing accounts.
• Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.
• Transferable Article 18 (Ahli) residency required.
• Must be ready to join immediately.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Kuwait market and preferably an existing network among contractors, businesses, restaurants, hotels, project companies, and customers requiring commercial or residential kitchen solutions.
