We are Hiring Junior Accountant | Kuwait

Zaleej Real Estate Company (KSCC) is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join its Finance Team in Kuwait City.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career accounting professionals who are eager to build their experience in finance, accounting operations, reconciliations, and real estate accounting.

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site

• Process vendor invoices and project-related invoices.
• Follow up on accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Perform daily cash, bank, and credit card reconciliations.
• Handle petty cash transactions and banking documentation.
• Manage rent collection records and receipt processing.
• Enter financial transactions into the YARDI system.
• Assist in preparing reports for the Senior Accountant and Finance Manager.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
• Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting processes.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

• Experience using YARDI.
• Previous experience in real estate accounting.
• Knowledge of property management financial processes.
