A premier ladies fashion design atelier and custom tailoring boutique in Kuwait is urgently seeking a skilled, creative, and competent Master Pattern Cutter & Tailor to join its workshop in Shuwaikh, Kuwait.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Draft, grade, and cut precise master patterns for custom ladies evening gowns, abayas, and couture dresses.
• Execute precision garment cutting on silk, chiffon, lace, velvet, and delicate designer fabrics.
• Perform bespoke tailoring, stitching, lining assembly, and intricate hand-finishing to exact measurements.
• Coordinate with fashion designers and clients during fitting sessions to execute alterations flawlessly.
• Operate commercial sewing machines, overlockers, buttonholers, and industrial steam irons safely.
• Manage fabric consumption efficiently to minimize cutting waste and preserve precious textiles.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic tailoring workstation at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of verified ladies tailoring and pattern cutting experience in Kuwait or the GCC.
• Exceptional mastery of pattern drafting, garment construction, and delicate fabric handling.
• Strong attention to couture finishings, hem details, and accurate body fitting proportions.
• Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18).
• Company provides KWD 200 basic salary, private room accommodation, and daily transportation.
• Immediate availability to commence employment.
