Hiring Logistics & Delivery Fleet General Manager in Kuwait

Al Hazem Express, a prominent on-demand delivery and fleet logistics company in Kuwait City, is recruiting an experienced General Manager to oversee entire fleet operations and aggregator partnerships.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Direct daily end-to-end delivery operations, supervising dispatch managers, fleet controllers, and hundreds of drivers.
• Manage strategic business partnerships with food delivery platforms including Talabat, Deliveroo, and Keeta.
• Optimize fleet utilization, monitor GPS routing metrics, fuel costs, and driver maintenance turnarounds.
• Drive operational profitability, control logistics expenditure, and present financial performance reports to owners.
• Ensure full compliance with Kuwait traffic laws, delivery driver labor regulations, and fleet licensing.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of proven managerial experience in large-scale delivery, courier, or logistics companies.
• Mandatory previous experience managing delivery operations for platforms like Talabat or Deliveroo in Kuwait.
• Exceptional leadership, fleet management, and operational troubleshooting capabilities.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage); transferable residency.
