Hiring Gas Pipeline Maintenance Technician in Kuwait
An electro-mechanical contractor specializing in centralized gas distribution systems is hiring qualified LPG Gas Pipe Technicians to execute pipeline installations and preventative maintenance across Kuwait.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Install, overhaul, and service centralized LPG piping networks, vaporizers, regulators, and emergency shutoff valves.
- Perform nitrogen pressure testing, hydrostatic line tests, and soap bubble leak detection on gas pipelines.
- Repair, thread, and braze copper and seamless carbon steel gas pipes in accordance with safety codes.
- Inspect gas meters, solenoid valves, and electronic leak detection sensor panels in commercial and residential properties.
- Adhere strictly to Kuwait Fire Service Directorate (KFSD) gas safety standards and project safety protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years practical experience in LPG or industrial gas piping installation and maintenance.
- Proficient in pipe threading, cutting, brazing, and pneumatic pressure testing procedures.
- Strong commitment to safety procedures and hazardous gas handling protocols.
- Valid transferable Article 18 Kuwait residency; available for immediate joining.
