The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop commercial client pipelines, securing corporate manpower supply contracts across Kuwait.
• Engage contracting companies, oil & gas service firms, hospitality chains, and industrial facilities.
• Promote customized local and overseas workforce staffing solutions tailored to client project requirements.
• Prepare detailed technical staffing proposals, commercial quotations, and negotiate supply agreements.
• Liaise with overseas recruitment recruitment agencies to streamline candidate mobilization timelines.
• Maintain strong corporate relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction and contract renewals.

Requirements

• Female candidate with proven business development experience in manpower recruitment or staffing.
• Excellent communication, sales presentation, and client negotiation skills.
• Open to candidates on any valid transferable visa status.
• Available for immediate joining.
