Hiring Business Development Officer in Kuwait

Protect Cleaning Company, a premier commercial facility maintenance and manpower services enterprise in Farwaniya, Kuwait, is hiring a versatile Business Development & Administrative Officer.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive corporate business expansion by securing institutional cleaning, labor supply, and facility maintenance contracts.
• Conduct B2B market prospecting, cold calling, and direct client networking with corporate facility directors.
• Prepare commercial service proposals, tender bid submissions, and client contract agreements.
• Oversee general office operations, internal workflow coordination, and official client correspondence.
• Manage administrative databases, track operational expenditure budgets, and assist accounting with billing.
• Liaise with corporate clients to ensure high service quality satisfaction and long-term contract renewals.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
• Proven track record in B2B sales or business development in cleaning, facility management, or manpower sectors.
• Strong administrative coordination, contract negotiation, and customer relationship capabilities.
• Valid Kuwait transferable residency under Article 18.
• Available for immediate engagement.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: 300 KWD monthly basic salary plus performance commission on closed corporate facility contracts, and company benefits.
