Basraa.app is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and results-driven Marketing Staff member to support business growth and promote its delivery services across Kuwait.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in marketing, sales, customer acquisition, and business development who are passionate about building client relationships and expanding market presence.

Salary: KD 250 – 400 per month

• Identify and approach potential clients, restaurants, retailers, and business partners.
• Generate new business opportunities through research, calls, emails, and direct visits.
• Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients.
• Present company services, delivery solutions, and business proposals.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active business partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and customers.
• Coordinate merchant onboarding with operations and management teams.
• Support marketing campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.
• Maintain records of client meetings, business development activities, and follow-ups.
• Prepare daily and weekly marketing reports for management.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and business opportunities.
• Work towards assigned sales and customer acquisition targets.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

• 1–2 years of experience in:

  • Marketing
  • Sales
  • Business Development
  • Customer Relations
  • Related fields

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to develop and maintain business relationships.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, reporting, and email communication.

• Good command of English.

• Arabic language skills are an advantage.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.

• Willingness to attend client meetings and field visits.

• Experience in delivery, logistics, restaurant, or retail industries is a plus.

• Candidates currently residing in Kuwait are preferred.

 10 Hours per Day (Including Break)

 Weekly Off: Friday

 Working schedules may vary according to operational needs.

KD 250 – 400 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)
