Urgent Hiring – Mechanical Technician Required in Kuwait
A hardware tools showroom in Shuwaikh, Kuwait is looking for an experienced and skilled Mechanical Technician to join its team.
The ideal candidate should have more than 5 years of mechanical technician experience and be ready to join immediately. Candidates currently in Kuwait with a transferable Article 18 visa are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities- Perform mechanical inspection, maintenance, and repair work as required.
- Diagnose mechanical problems and identify the cause of equipment or tool issues.
- Carry out troubleshooting and basic repair work efficiently.
- Inspect mechanical components, tools, and equipment for faults or damage.
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment in good working condition.
- Use appropriate hand tools and mechanical tools safely and correctly.
- Follow technical instructions and workplace safety procedures.
- Maintain proper records of maintenance and repair activities when required.
- Report major mechanical issues or replacement requirements to the supervisor.
- Keep the work area, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
- Support showroom and technical operations as assigned by management.
- More than 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Technician.
- Relevant hands-on mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
- Good knowledge of mechanical tools, equipment, and components.
- Ability to identify mechanical faults and carry out basic repairs.
- Good practical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
- Transferable Article 18 visa required.
- Must be ready to join.
- Previous experience in a hardware tools or technical showroom is an advantage.
