Job Vacancy: Senior Field Service Technician – Home Appliances

X-cite – Alghanim Industries is looking for an experienced and technically skilled Senior Field Service Technician – Home Appliances to join its team in Kuwait.

The successful candidate should have hands-on experience servicing major home appliances and strong troubleshooting skills. A valid Kuwait Light Driving License is mandatory for this position.

• Perform field service and technical maintenance for major home appliances.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance faults accurately.
• Service and repair washing machines, dryers, freezers, and other related home appliances.
• Identify electrical, mechanical, and operational problems.
• Carry out repairs and replacement of faulty components when required.
• Conduct inspections and testing to ensure appliances are operating correctly.
• Provide professional technical service to customers.
• Follow service procedures, safety standards, and company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate service records and report technical issues to the relevant team.
• Complete assigned service calls efficiently and professionally.

• Hands-on service experience with major home appliances.
• Strong practical knowledge of:
  • Washing Machines
  • Dryers
  • Freezers
  • Other major household appliances
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Good technical service and repair knowledge.
• Ability to identify and resolve appliance-related problems.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field-service environment.
• Valid Kuwait Light Driving License is mandatory.

• Salary: KD 300 per month.
