A company in Kuwait is looking for an experienced and technically skilled Motor Rewinder to join its maintenance and repair team. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in electric motor rewinding, coil winding, insulation, motor repair, assembly, and testing.

• Perform motor rewinding and coil winding according to required specifications.
• Remove old or damaged windings and prepare motors for rewinding.

• Read and understand motor winding diagrams and technical drawings.
• Repair, rewind, assemble, and test different types of electric motors.
• Work with both AC and DC motors and apply suitable winding techniques.
• Check winding connections, insulation, resistance, and motor performance.
• Use rewinding tools, testing equipment, and workshop machinery safely.
• Perform final testing after repairs to ensure motors are operating correctly.
• Identify electrical and mechanical issues and recommend suitable repairs.
• Maintain proper records of repair and rewinding work when required.
• Keep the workshop, tools, and work area clean and organized.
• Follow company procedures and electrical workshop safety standards.

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Motor Rewinder.
• Strong practical experience in motor rewinding and coil winding.
• Knowledge of insulation materials and winding techniques.
• Experience in dismantling, repairing, rewinding, assembling, and testing electric motors.
• Ability to read and understand motor winding diagrams/drawings.
• Knowledge of different AC and DC motors.
• Ability to operate relevant rewinding tools and workshop equipment.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
• Physically fit and able to work in a workshop environment.
• Transferable local Article 18 visa required.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
