Hiring Civil Project & QC Inspection Engineer in Kuwait

Nexus Engineering, an established engineering and project management contractor executing major oil & gas infrastructure in Kuwait, is hiring senior technical professionals.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update civil construction baseline schedules using Primavera P6 on energy sites.
• Supervise heavy civil foundations, structural concrete works, pipe racks, and industrial underground piping.
• Conduct quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) surveillance adhering to KOC and KNPC standards.
• Review contractor Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Material Submittals.
• Enforce strict oilfield safety compliance, coordinating with site safety officers and scaffolding inspectors.
• Prepare weekly progress curve reports, material variance tracking, and client milestone documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on civil construction and inspection experience on KOC / KNPC projects in Kuwait.
• Currently residing in Kuwait with valid transferable residency (Article 18).
• Able to join project teams immediately or on short notice.
• Strong communication and technical documentation capabilities.
