We are seeking an experienced Partner / Operations Manager to lead and manage a new Food Retail Project in Kuwait.

This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional with extensive experience in Kuwait's food retail sector, supplier sourcing, operations management, inventory control, and business planning.

Key ResponsibilitiesStore & Fleet Operations

• Manage daily retail store operations and logistics activities.
• Oversee inventory management and stock control processes.
• Implement and monitor FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures.
• Control wastage and optimize stock utilization.
• Supervise staff performance and operational productivity.
• Manage fleet operations, dispatching, and delivery coordination.

Sourcing & Supplier Management

• Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers and suppliers.
• Source products at competitive prices while maintaining quality standards.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supplier agreements.
• Secure favorable commercial and credit arrangements.

Compliance & Quality Control

• Ensure compliance with Kuwait Municipality and food safety regulations.
• Maintain adherence to Public Authority for Food and Nutrition (PAFN) requirements.
• Monitor quality assurance and food safety standards.
• Support licensing and regulatory compliance activities.

Commercial Planning

• Prepare operational budgets and annual business plans.
• Develop sales forecasts and performance targets.
• Analyze market trends and consumer purchasing behavior.
• Plan seasonal product offerings based on Kuwait market demand.
• Implement strategies to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Currently residing in Kuwait.
• Valid residency and clean legal record.
• Police Clearance Certificate required.
• Indian nationality.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Valid Kuwaiti driving license.
• Private vehicle available.
• Proven experience within Kuwait's food retail sector.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and operational management skills.
• Ability to present a comprehensive 1-Year Operational Plan.
