Hiring Coffee Roastery Operations Supervisor in Kuwait

A specialty coffee roastery and distribution brand in Kuwait is urgently seeking a qualified, diligent, and competent Operations Supervisor to oversee its facility in Ahmadi, Kuwait.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain optimal green and roasted coffee stock availability, coordinating with roasters for production schedules.
• Supervise warehouse inventory movement, packaging operations, and batch quality checks.
• Manage and coordinate the delivery fleet, dispatch schedules, and commercial distribution drivers.
• Liaise between roastery production, sales representatives, corporate clients, and warehouse staff.
• Investigate and resolve operational delivery bottlenecks, client order modifications, and inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate ERP inventory records, shipment manifests, and operational performance dashboards.
• Adhere strictly to Kuwait food safety directives and company occupational health standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of verified operations supervisory experience, preferably in specialty coffee, roasteries, or F&B distribution.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is strictly mandatory.
• Bachelor's Degree or accredited qualification in Business, Supply Chain, or Operations.
• Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18).
• Strong leadership, operational coordination, and organizational skills.
• Immediate availability to commence employment is highly preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: KWD 300–350 per month (9 hours duty).
