• Visit customers across Kuwait to identify business opportunities.
• Develop new customers and expand the existing customer base.
• Promote forklifts, MHE equipment, and industrial solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable equipment or services.
• Generate sales leads and new business opportunities.
• Visit warehouses, industrial facilities, and customer locations.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and customer orders.
• Take customer orders and coordinate with internal teams.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain strong and long-term customer relationships.
• Provide professional customer service and follow up after sales.
• Monitor market opportunities and competitor activities.
• Communicate customer requirements to the relevant technical and operations teams.

• Provide maintenance and repair support for Material Handling Equipment.
• Troubleshoot diesel and electric forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and similar MHE.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems.
• Perform maintenance and repair work at customer and warehouse locations.
• Travel to different sites across Kuwait for service requirements.
• Inspect equipment and identify technical faults.
• Support preventive maintenance and breakdown repair activities.
• Ensure equipment is serviced according to operational and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with customers regarding equipment servicing and technical issues.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail/outdoor sales.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong knowledge of the Kuwait market is preferred.
• Ability to develop new customers and generate business.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to visit customers regularly and generate orders.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

• 3–8 years of hands-on experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Experience with:
  • Forklifts
  • Reach trucks
  • Pallet jacks
  • Other material handling equipment
• Strong knowledge of diesel and electric systems.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems and mechanical components.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform maintenance/repair work.
• Willingness to travel to customer and warehouse locations across Kuwait.

• Transferable Article 18 visa required.
• Valid Kuwait driving license required.
• Personal car is mandatory.
• Immediate joining preferred.
• Candidates from Kerala are preferred, as specified by the employer.
