Hiring Piping Quality Inspector (Oil & Gas) in Kuwait

AES Inspection Agency, a prominent third-party quality inspection firm in Kuwait City, is seeking a certified Piping Inspector with oil & gas experience for immediate project onboarding.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of industrial piping systems, weldments, flanges, and fittings.
• Review non-destructive examination (NDE) reports, radiographic films, and ultrasonic test documentation.
• Witness hydrostatic, pneumatic pressure testing, and valve testing in accordance with ASME B31.3 and project specs.
• Issue non-conformance reports (NCRs), monitor corrective actions, and compile final inspection dossier packages.
• Drive to various site fabrication yards and refinery installation areas for quality surveillance.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.
• Mandatory valid certifications: CSWIP 3.1 (Welding Inspector) and ASNT Level-2 in NDT methods (PT, MT, RT, UT).
• Mandatory valid Kuwait Driving License.
• Prior oil & gas inspection experience in Kuwait; locally available with transferable visa.
