We are seeking an experienced Procurement & Logistics Supervisor to join our team in Kuwait.

This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Food & Beverage (F&B) operations, procurement, supplier management, logistics coordination, and inventory control.

Position: Procurement & Logistics Supervisor

Industry: Food & Beverage (F&B)

• Manage procurement activities and supplier relationships.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Coordinate logistics, dispatching, delivery scheduling, and route planning.
• Monitor purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and supplier payments.
• Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and operational supplies.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure stock availability.
• Monitor stock replenishment and demand planning activities.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Resolve operational issues related to procurement, logistics, and inventory.

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry.

• Previous supervisory experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations.

• Knowledge of supplier payments, invoices, quotations, and purchase order management.
