Purchasing / Procurement Specialist | Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced Purchasing / Procurement Specialist to join our growing team in Kuwait.

This opportunity is ideal for procurement professionals with extensive experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, strong supplier negotiation skills, and expertise in inventory management and cost control.

• Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers.
• Manage procurement activities to ensure timely purchasing of goods and materials.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities.
• Control procurement costs and support budgeting initiatives.
• Review quotations, purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and documentation standards.
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and finance teams.
• Monitor supplier performance and quality standards.
• Maintain procurement records and generate reports using ERP systems.

• 5–10 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry.

• Proven experience in:

  • Supplier Sourcing
  • Vendor Negotiation
  • Procurement Management
  • Cost Control
  • Inventory Management

• Strong understanding of procurement documentation and compliance procedures.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience using ERP or procurement management systems.

• Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.

• Must hold a transferable residency visa.

• Flexibility to work across 8 locations throughout Kuwait.

• Available for immediate joining.
