We're Hiring | Manager – Projects (Multiple Divisions)

We are seeking highly experienced Project Managers to oversee and manage large-scale projects across multiple sectors in Kuwait.

These leadership roles require professionals with extensive project management expertise, strong contracting backgrounds, and proven success in delivering complex projects within schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

Available Positions1. Manager – Projects (Civil / Infrastructure)Requirements

• Extensive experience in Kuwaiti Ministry and government civil/infrastructure projects.
• Proven record of managing large-scale infrastructure developments.
• Experience coordinating with government entities, consultants, and contractors.

2. Manager – Projects (Oil & Gas / Petrochemical)Requirements

• Direct project management experience with Kuwait oil sector companies (K-Companies).
• Strong background in oil & gas and petrochemical project delivery.
• Experience managing EPC, maintenance, shutdown, or construction projects within the sector.

3. Manager – Projects (Electricity & Water)Requirements

• Proven experience managing projects for MEW/MEWRE.
• Strong understanding of utility, power, water, and infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage multiple project stakeholders and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects within the assigned division.
• Ensure project execution complies with contractual, technical, budgetary, and schedule requirements.
• Lead project planning, mobilization, execution, completion, and handover activities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project managers.
• Monitor project progress, risk management, and compliance requirements.
• Manage project budgets, cost controls, procurement activities, and resource allocation.
• Ensure project quality, safety, and operational excellence.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in:

  • Civil Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Relevant Engineering Discipline

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the specific division applied for.

• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong expertise in:

  • Project Planning & Scheduling
  • Contract Administration
  • Budget & Cost Control
  • Resource Allocation
  • Procurement Coordination
  • Progress Monitoring
  • Project Execution

• Extensive experience working with main contractors.

• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Ability to supervise and coordinate multiple Project Managers.

• Must currently be available in Kuwait with valid residency.
