Hiring PVC & WPC Door Factory Carpenter in Kuwait

A specialized manufacturing facility in Kuwait producing modern PVC and Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) doors is urgently hiring skilled carpenters and factory helpers.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, route, and assemble PVC and WPC internal doors, frames, and architraves according to design specifications.
• Operate woodworking machinery including sliding table saws, CNC routers, edge banders, and pneumatic fastening tools.
• Install hinges, locksets, handles, and seals ensuring smooth door operation and tight tolerances.
• Inspect finished door sets for surface quality, dimensional accuracy, and flawless laminate finishing.
• Collaborate with production helpers to pack finished doors securely for site delivery.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in carpentry, door fabrication, or timber/composite furniture manufacturing.
• Skilled in using woodworking hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Transferable Kuwait residency (Article 18); ready for immediate joining.
• High attention to detail and good physical stamina.
